@maximofernandez196
@maximofernandez196 Жыл бұрын
@@ntwadumela7 It's not exactly the same, but when I started, I wasn't able to do any pull ups. Now I can do 7 with proper form. If you need to, check videos explaining the correct form for a push up (don't overthink it, just keep it in mind. As you progress, it will get easier and natural). As I said, try elevated push ups, and do them until failure (until you are not phisically able to do anymore). Try maybe 2-3 sets, with rests between them as it suits you, once a week. Any other day you can just try to keep the habit (belive me, it's worth it) doing reps that are easy for you. It will not give you that much strength, but keeping the habit is key. I'm 19, we are around the same age. This is probably the best time of our lives to get strength and muscle as easy as it gets. Maybe not super easy, but your body can become pretty pretty strong. I believe in you, dude. Never compare to others, just to yourself in the past. You're gonna make it

I tried elevated pushups but i cant do that idk why😪 But i will keep on working And there is another problem i am from a village and there is no gym aswell.
