I built a similar list and its so satisfying when it pops off! I made some adjustments and put in the sphinx who lets you scry 3 if its in your opening hand. That made a difference.

i reckon this deck needs some scrying, you tend to have mana open once you've got the vesuvan drifter down so maybe some cheap scry spells would help, i think elven farsight is a good one

The reason for Chris's audience to be upset is that they got used to something (Chris having a fresh deck idea every few days), and now it's changed.
