@sirusblack2789 No problem bra, bodyweight exercises are fine if you wanna lose weight but if you want to get stronger you’re going to need to have progressive overload, meaning the weights you lift will have to get heavier as you go. Invest in some dumbbells even if you can. A couple of 25s, 30s, 35s and 40s. Also, gyms are really cheap nowadays. Some are even 10 bucks a month no joke bra. It’s the best investment you can ever make. And honestly it helps save money especially during the summer. Like saving water for example and just showering at the gym. Trust me bra it’s the best thing you can ever do for your life is to get a gym membership. You will be fit, healthy, live longer and be happy while your basketball game improves
