Yeah it really sucks it happened to me too but not because of my weight or anything, since I was a new girl in a school of few students I gained popularity quite fast even though I'm quiet(probably because everyone knew each other for years in that school and they rarely got new students). I got a boyfriend and since I was new and stuff people spread rumors and said I cheated on my previous boyfriends even though I never did but my boyfriend believed them and when everyone gathered for morning assembly he broke up with me in front of everyone and they all laughed and looked at me I was sooo humiliated (sorry about the rant)

In middle school I thought I was fat. I starved myself. I would go days without food. Every three to four days without food I would take a little bite of something (like a sandwich) then I would repeat the process all over again until I was to weak to stand. I felt so worthless. My father would always call me fat. Ever since I was a baby and NOT in a joking way. He lead me to believe I was overweight when I wasn't. I was extremely underweight for a year. I almost lost my life.. It took a year of therapy but today I'm a healthy weight. I still don't understand why people put others down for being overweight. It's wrong. I've known many people who are overweight but eat clean, run or go to the gym regularly and still don't fit the bill of "healthy weight" while their doctors say that their health records say otherwise. Everyone comes in all different shapes and sizes. And making every overweight person seem "unhealthy" is unhealthy in itself. I’ve been plus size my entire life. I would go to say, for a period of time I was mildly obese. Kids in school would laugh and say things like “her name’s Abigail cuz she’s a big whale.” And “your ugly and fat, why would anyone love u?” I felt attacked everyday. After I dropped out to do home schooling instead, I had to deal with depression and it sucked. I truly thought I was so ugly. But now. I’m on the path to loose weight, not for anybody els, for me. I love myself not despite my flaws, but with my flaws. We should all love every bump, curve, Mark, scar, roll on our bodies. Get out there ladies and gents.❤️💪

I could definitely relate to this in a few ways with struggles I've had. But everyone is beautiful in their own uquice way there is no one size fits all for beauty, learning to love yourself is hard but very worth it and I'm also happy she seems to be happier and is working to better herself and be healthier.

To all the beautiful human beings, there will always gonna be someone that is waiting to judge you. Remember, You are beautiful just the way you are! If you want to change, Change for YOU. Do what makes you happy. If you want to lose fat, exercise but don't torture yourself. Stop torturing your body by not eating and not getting enough nutrients for your body. Eating less does not make you healthier. If your goal is only to impress people, then I am sorry but you are never going to make it. Instead, TRY TO HAVE a POSITIVE mindset. My brother called me fat when I was 11 or 12. I lost weight, now I weigh less than I was when I was 11/12. I'm 15 now and my brother is still dumb. You'll most likely be fine. You're young and as you grow you will lose baby fat ♡

I had a friend who was bullied because he was fat. After 2 years of not seeing him, I missed him a lot. I thought he was having a bad time. We were going on a school trip and I finally saw him. He looked so much different than before. He wasn’t skinny or anything but he had muscles. He’s body kinda looked like a huge bodyguard and I was a bit intimidated seeing him. He looked taller and seeing him for the first time in a long time, gave me joy. He’s bullies were shocked. They regretted bullying him. He said all he did was shapene his body. So even if he had weight, he still looked healthy. Her story just reminds me of my best friend. No one should be bullied. You don’t have to exercise because people are calling you fat. You exercise if you want to, or if that’s what your aim is. Oh and for siblings, my siblings are so annoying so I don’t even listen to anything they say about me because I know they’re not true. I’m glad I’m the second oldest because it’s easy for me to just shove my siblings on one side and they don’t understand anything I’ve passed through because they’re younger so why would I listen to them? It’s like me, 18 years old, listening to annoying sibling that’s like 14 or 15. They don’t understand how it feels to be older.

I wanna make this clear Having Weight or even being big is not the same thing as being fat or medically obese. What factors into being unhealthy is consumption of what someone is eating. There are people who have weight and are big but eat and are healthier than your average person. And by the inverse being Thin is not the equivalent of being healthy. If that person isn't getting the proper nutrients they need or if they are still doing actions that would risk their health like drinking and smoking, then that thin body doesn't mean anything. Be You and take care of yourselfthat's what matters.

I am not fat, so I don't know what this feels like, but a more honest and healthy approach to me would be, "You are fat, but that is in no way a bad thing. You are beautiful."
