Skynet would win. There are essentially 3 kinds of AI, they all have different levels of complexity within them but the algorithm is the same. The most standard one is Generative, this is programs like ChatGPT, videos that show you what alcohol would be if it was a country, etc. Then you have predictive AI which is what they use in drones and what both Echelon and ARIIA were. Lawnmower Man was just Jobe digitised, he was a man, filled with lust for power and that would create his own downfall. Skynet was an adaptive AI, the highest form and the most advanced level of it to boot.
