He has two Live Oaks in his yard. They do drop more leaves in the fall, but they drop leaves and make leaves 12 months of the year. They are probably 300 years old and can't be cut down in most south coastal states. I noticed he had one side of one tree cut. In coastal SC the city would never give a permit and would charge you about $50K if you cut off that one half of the tree. If the man were not lazy, he would have sod put in those sand areas. St. Augustine or Zoyza.

It's hard to believe how many leaves were in the back yard. You can see how he would be frustrated with all the leaves. Even better he went out and you could do the driveway when he was out. Just as well Trish is good with the leaf blower, you made short work of it all Trish. Casey did a great job with the front yard too. You are a great team. Bravo.😊

I have a huuuge oak in my back yard. That things drops stuff 365. The fall leaves are a nightmare. Also an enormous birch in the front. I totally understand this homeowner. Fabulous job!! Sorry about the mower quitting on you.

The rentless Florida Oak leaves. They can be a bear to work with. They are nothing like the oak trees in the north. But, we are thankful that we have them in our yard to provide shade.

Those dreaded leaves. For me that was always the worst part of lawn maintenance. You did an awesome job getting rid of them in this yard. I'm used to seeing Casey with a hood on his head. I think it's the first time I've saw Trish with one. She looked cute. I guess because hers was yellow.😊 Hope everything works out with the yellow mower Didn't look like you were having much fun with it. That looked like quite a workout getting it on the trailer. That was a blessing to be able to get rid of the leaves instead of having to take them to the landfill.

You need to add a Winch at the inside front of the trailer, for those cases. They make some great hand crank ones which in your case, I believe would work better.

that was kinda easy job. blower was a big help. isn't that weird that your mower stopped right at the end. not glad it quit , probably will be costly. but it held on as long as it could. mom you have a great son. hope all goes well and its not a pain for you.
