She can't take custody because the man was always looking out for what she is not doing right and complaining that she is not properly taking care of the kids. He is always finding fault and wants to control her life thru the children. I honestly think so, too. But I believe the woman does not have an understanding of what to do. The man has manipulated the situation and also brought a lawyer to intimidate her. The judge was good, but I believe she could have pushed for the woman to take full custody whilst the dad had access. But whatever the situation, this man, as you can see, will give her hell.
