Dan is also classically trained and seeing him in this performance is a realization of the size of his talent, not only singing, but also capturing us in just one part of the musical, which was enough. Of course I would really enjoy seeing Dan singing in a musical show, in fact I would be happy just to see him sing anything live. I would, indeed, go see Dan in a musical. He can sing anything he puts his mind to. I still think you should react to “Gethsemane”. I’ve watched it many times, and I’m emotionally moved each time, so having you react, even though you’ve watched it once, would not diminish my interest. Since you talked about Dan’s classical voice, “Nessa Dorma” should be on your list. Classical Opera, Broadway, 80’s rock, Metal, acoustic, comedic (NSP), whether Dan covers them true to the original or with little changes or he completely reimagines them and gives the music a whole new feel and meaning, he is brilliant. I would absolutely go and see it if Dan Vasc performed a musical/rock opera. This performance is one of my favourites. His voice particularly brings more darkness than others to this song and makes the Phantom more dangerous & seductive. Two qualities, I think, are lacking in many portrayals. Great reaction. Yes pls do Gethsemaine again Most definitely, I would go to anywhere in North America to listen to Dan in concert. I think a lot of Dan's fans do have the funds to travel, but alas, I don't think Dan has the funds or organization to do this on his own. He has noted many times that he doesn't want to be owned by label companies. Do you have a way to help us help.him make this happen. Plus he needs better marketing we still can't purchase. My Heart will go on Agin yet. He should release his sing for sale at the same time as KZbin.

I love this performance. I had seen a couple of Dan’s metal type songs, so that is what I thought he did. Then i clicked on this because it had Dan Vasc in the title. When he started sining, I thought it was the wrong singer. It was a beautiful performance. But I had to do some research to figure out that this beautiful voice also belonged to the metal singer with the black t-shirt.
