Ichigo's hollowfication while didn't give him much power up, nor does "I Am Atomic", since that wasn't a powering up abilities, it's a nuke.. comparing a skill by it's attribute when we talk about how we, the viewers, feels about it is not the right idea.. It's the hype when people saw the skill, not the attribute or whatever the hell you trying to say..

Note for those like in the video wondering why "all range" : it is a classification of weapons. Close combat shirt range medium range and long range (like tomahawk missile which is a "cruise" missile, fired from a ship and hitting a town kilometers away). So here "all range" means he can hit anything anywhere as his power is absolute. Nothing less. Yeah... 😂
