Congrats! As someone who has had 2 csection, I feel so much guilt and shame over it. Whenever I see people's birth videos, it makes me cry because I never got to experience that. This is the first birth video that has made me feel proud to have had a csection and excited to do it 1 more time! Thank you ❤️

Don't ever feel guilt and shame! My one and only was born via emergency c-section 21.5 years ago, even though we had one planned for two days later because babies have their own ideas! It was a darned good thing we did the c-section for a lot of reasons, but the one we didn't know about was the cord was around her neck! Every birth is a miracle, and your experience is never "less than" any other birth. I feel blessed that my daughter was born and safe and healthy after years of fertility struggles thanks to the benefits of modern medicine in every way ❤️

I had a vaginal birth and I hated it! I wished I had a c section. Never felt so humiliated and helpless. And now I live in fear to get a prolapse because I didn't know that half of all women who had a vaginal birth will get this! So yeah.. nothing nice to tell about vaginal birth..

I just gave birth via c section 3 weeks ago and my baby girl went to NICU for low oxygen levels as well. She was a trooper and was off of oxygen after only about 6 hours and was breathing on her own. She is now home and happy and healthy as can be. Good luck to your fam

Hahaa WHY does everyone think it hurts?? There is NO pain when having a baby via c section, no pain, only pressure. Now try going through labor AND natural delivery medication free. THAT hurts😩. This here is a piece of cake compared to that.

@@TheOutsidersXstrangerThings I've experienced both c section and natural unmedicated childbirth .. similar to my sister, sister in law, best friend, and a few other friends .. so I'm not speaking simply theoretically, I'm speaking experientially. Having a baby via c-section does NOT hurt. There's no pain involved. Some pressure, yes. Pain, no. There's also NO labor involved so you don't go through the most excruciating part of having a baby, which most often truly is not the delivery, it's the labor. And I wasn't addressing anything at all AFTER the delivery (ie., the recovery). Strictly addressing the actual c section here .. which so many ppl were talking about and mistakenly thinking was so terribly painful ..

Congratulations! ❤ my first was a nicu baby she was born a month early after 6 weeks of bed rest she stayed in the nicu for a week for jaundice, blood sugar and unable to hold her temperature but she’s healthy and happy going into kindergarten in the fall. Congrats you guys! I had my first via emergency c-section and my daughter ended up in the NICU for low blood sugar and low temp. It was so hard but it all worked out and she’s a healthy 10 month old now. Hang in there too. C-section recovery is no joke. It’s extremely painful and I couldn’t walk without help for a few days, and was very slow for the first two weeks. To be honest our daughter being in the NICU was a bit of a blessing because I could pump and sleep and heal, and was all ready for her when she was able to come home. Welcome to the NICU club momma 💙 praying for Baby J, and your recovery! Congratulations both of you!
