All the blue corsa cars i believe plod use them. When checked they come up as out of mot that 15 plate is 14 months out. Before anyone says they don't need one that 15 plate had a registered mot in 2022

Gateshead used to be Bustling at one time, and all the shops right along the high street were occupied. But for whatever reason, the top end of the high street started to decline during the 80's. The redevelopment of Trinity Square seemed to accelerate that decline. I reckon most of it will end up being demolished, and replaced by housing, as most of it is derelict now. It is absolutely RIDUCULOUS that Gateshead Police Station is closed to the Public, as it is the main station in Gateshead. There used to be a few stations dotted around, like Felling, and Low Fell, but they closed years ago, andcresponsexwas supposed to be centralised in Gateshead, which invariably increased response times. Just where the hell are all these EXTRA Police officers, that we are TOLD that have been recruited? Do they work from home ffs?

It's absolutely bonkers, isn't it. I was shocked when i found out a station was there in the first place, then it made sense there was 1 there because of its geographical location to the rest of gateshead. But then, finding out its massively under used was another shock. I'm glad i went round, but it doesnt sit right with me how poorly used it is. Definitely needs more officers using it. @@LightsCameraRuction As I say, there used to be smaller stations dotted around, but they all closed during the mid 90's. Whickam used to be the next biggest in the Gateshead area, but I bet that one is closed now too. So where are all these Coppers based? I live down south now, and have done for over 10 years, so I'm not up to speed with what is going on in the area like I used to be. But I used to be the Postie who delivered to Felling police station, and it was manned up until about 1995 I think, then it became a Probation office, or Victim Support office or something. But it too had a custody suite , and response times were MUCH MUCH Quicker back then. If you phoned 999 for the police, they were there within 10 minutes. Now you're lucky if they attend within an hour. We're charged more and more money for public services, but the service is getting worse by the day. What the hell are councils doing with all the money? Where I live, in the last 12 weeks, we have only had 4 bin collections, as the council now outsources waste collection to Suez (used to be Biffa, and they gave a good service tbf) We are supposed to have recycling collected bi-weekly, and general waste collected on alternate weeks. But only 4 collections in TOTAL, in the last 12 weeks, 8 less than what we should've had! EVERYTHING is going to shit, and it's not just the fault if Government, as some councils are actually making a profit, but the services they provide are declining, as money is diverted away to fund other projects, like housing illegal migrants in Hotels etc. So people are rightly PISSED OFF!

Yeah i know what you mean. Exactly why I'm doing councils, government buildings, bigger companies and the police! My audits don't focus on the hard working day to day blokes and lasses, its the massive companies or publicity funded bodies I'm interested in haha. I did a small walk around whickham police station on my 3rd video or so, check it out. They've closed the front desk as you'd expect these days. Shocking. LCR

@@LightsCameraRuction So where the hell are you supposed to go, if you need police in a hurry, or for instance, produce driving documents after being stopped or whatever? It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no physical point of contact. Yet we are paying ever higher council tax bills.
