AB, I was arrested 10 years ago because of an accusation. The police forced there way into my elderly mother's house, 6 of them and pushed her to one side. I was making a coffee in the kitchen when they burst in and arrested me on suspicion. I am registered disabled due to problems with my bones. The put me in a tiny little Renault van that I didn't fit. I'm a big guy. Drove me 20 miles to a police station. After locking me up for 17 hours without once checking on me I was released without charge or explanation. Bearing in mind I was 20 miles from home with no money on me and I walk with crutches. I asked for help to get home and was told I have to make my own way. Luckily a kind gentleman did help and took me home. This was Launceston police station in Cornwall. The nearest police stations were 1.5 miles away in Saltash or 4 miles away in Plymouth. If you are down this way please audit Launceston station for me.

When I was arrested for the crime of photography, the acting sergeant intentionally jumped on the brakes and accelerator several times within about 30 seconds, in order to slam me about in the back of the van. He threw my £7k camera across the van and I was also threatened in the cell by the same acting sergeant. Last week I bumped into a lady who used to work for the police in professional standards. I told her what happened to me and she never even batted an eyelid. Apparently such things are very commonplace. I have worked for 44 years for about 5 companies over that time. If me or someone else gets it badly wrong like this then major disciplinary action gets taken, the police are to server and protect the hard working good members of the public, not bully make up their own laws or to run their EGOS on the public. Let’s be clear about one thing. When the police offer an apology, it is only for one of two reasons. They have no choice or they face potential prosecution and bad publicity. Imagine the police letting a criminal off Scott free for saying “ I’m sorry, I got it wring” . That will never happen. They will always prosecute where possible. So …… Pay no attention to the apology. They are hoping it will make you go away. Get them in a court room where they can face the humiliation that they put you through when they falsely arrested you and locked you in a cell, for the crime of not licking their boots when asked. Then show us all on KZbin how you beat them so that we can watch their humiliation forever whenever we need cheering up. They’re a disgrace to the uniforms that we payed for.

Nice update AB. I imagine there's been a lot of 'retraining' at Kidderminster cop shop over the last 10 days! Now they realise that they are paid to serve the public. It proves the point of why you do this, otherwise nothing will ever change. Sue them, and make them pay out, then they will learn the lesson.

19:15 If you don't need to have all the compensation since you believe it to be tainted and it belongs to the public anyway, have think about creating a fund to help other auditors when they get into problems through police corruption. The fund can be ear marked for legal fees only to help auditors who aren't able to fund the initial legal work for their cases.

If auditors sue the individual pig for their PUBLIC LIABILITY POLICY then things will change

There needs to be a coming together of ALL auditors under the banner of PINAC (Photography is not a crime) with AB as one of the leaders of the movement as he really shows how it should be done - hopefully such a movement could be a force to reckon with to get the police back in their place as 'Public Servants' instead of the ego driven tyrants that seems to be the norm these days. How about it AB, would you put out a call for such a gathering together?

Their oath is not to the public though its to the Queen, they swear to protect the crown and keep the Queens peace, they often say when told you're a public servant"no I'm a Crown servant"the disdainful bastards.

An apology is an admission of guilt without actually admitting guilt, so what are they apologising for? if they were not guilty of anything they wouldn't apologise and their apology shows their guilt.

AB, yes when you do get compensated it is from public funding but you are entitled to the money for what the LEOs did to you, of course you can do with it whatever you wish but please bro this time at least keep some for yourself 😊 UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

I'm still waiting for DC926 Joanne Bills' apology. She's the one who instigated the incident and ordered PC21724 to arrest and cuff you illegally. She has been named, now she needs to be shamed. Contrary to some, I don't believe she does not know the law, I believe she willingly ignored and abused it because you wouldn't bend the knee and kiss her DC ring. Inflated egos and emotional reactions make for the worst kind of policing.
