@@AuditingBritain It would do me a massive favour if you could audit Guildford police and mention my name to them and see what discrimination and incriminating they will still come out with even though I've been out of that area for 8 months now they said to me they don't give a f about my mental health or my welfare, wellbeing n will never lay off the labels and judgment and discrimination and incriminating against me even though I proved my innocent in court every time because they are just nasty favortising corrupt evil scum. So yeah if you could do an audit on them idiots and bring up my name and ask them so how do proud do they feel or their service that's supposed to have a duty of care and keep people safe knowing they are the course of me stabbing myself 5 times 2 years ago and have left an innocent female broken mentally and emotionally and left for dead.

AB, I was arrested 10 years ago because of an accusation. The police forced there way into my elderly mother's house, 6 of them and pushed her to one side. I was making a coffee in the kitchen when they burst in and arrested me on suspicion. I am registered disabled due to problems with my bones. The put me in a tiny little Renault van that I didn't fit. I'm a big guy. Drove me 20 miles to a police station. After locking me up for 17 hours without once checking on me I was released without charge or explanation. Bearing in mind I was 20 miles from home with no money on me and I walk with crutches. I asked for help to get home and was told I have to make my own way. Luckily a kind gentleman did help and took me home. This was Launceston police station in Cornwall. The nearest police stations were 1.5 miles away in Saltash or 4 miles away in Plymouth. If you are down this way please audit Launceston station for me.

When I was arrested for the crime of photography, the acting sergeant intentionally jumped on the brakes and accelerator several times within about 30 seconds, in order to slam me about in the back of the van. He threw my £7k camera across the van and I was also threatened in the cell by the same acting sergeant. Last week I bumped into a lady who used to work for the police in professional standards. I told her what happened to me and she never even batted an eyelid. Apparently such things are very commonplace. Thanks to AB and all the other auditors who work tirelessly to try and make the police accountable for their actions. It's very much appreciated.

@@geordieal9187 Sorry to hear that bud. When he jumped on the brakes the last time I had wedged myself into a corner. I slammed the bulkhead with my hand so it sounded like I'd bounced off it. He stopped the van and kept shouting, asking if I was ok. For some strange reason I'd lost the ability to speak for a short while there, so he had to come to the back and check. 🤐 Ending up successfully suing then.

I have worked for 44 years for about 5 companies over that time. If me or someone else gets it badly wrong like this then major disciplinary action gets taken, the police are to server and protect the hard working good members of the public, not bully make up their own laws or to run their EGOS on the public. Other wise the country gets into an even bigger mess then we are in now. This is a policing issue not a political problem they need to sort themselves out big time.

And there it is at the end. The driver, as a public servant and a member of the police force, should have said "I'm very sorry if I caused you any discomfort and I'll try to be more aware of pedestrians in future." But NO! You get an argument and the impression that if she had hit you it was your fault. And her partner, the clown, backs her up and gives you the bum's rush with "It's private property, please leave!" Argumentative twats. Nobody learned anything at Kiddeminster police station. We all learned that the Superintendent hasn't communicated to her staff, so her apology was just lip service.

Let’s be clear about one thing. When the police offer an apology, it is only for one of two reasons. They have no choice or they face potential prosecution and bad publicity. Imagine the police letting a criminal off Scott free for saying “ I’m sorry, I got it wring” . That will never happen. They will always prosecute where possible. So …… Pay no attention to the apology. They are hoping it will make you go away. Get them in a court room where they can face the humiliation that they put you through when they falsely arrested you and locked you in a cell, for the crime of not licking their boots when asked. Then show us all on KZbin how you beat them so that we can watch their humiliation forever whenever we need cheering up. They’re a disgrace to the uniforms that we payed for.

Yo AB - looking forward to the developments with your lawsuit, the fact that they issued an apology should make it an open and shut case for compensation for you to distribute to the homeless again. Lay it on thick about the depriving you of a phone call and the twisting the handcuffs when you were not being aggressive. Have you got a copy yet of the "ah! ah! ah! policing laws?" Kudos to that sgt for the way he dealt with your request. Stay safe AB.

Respect brother for going back there so soon...balls of steel. The treatment was right this time around but this is the way it should be every time, everywhere. You should carry this on your phone and show it to future tyrants as to how a member of the public filming a police station should be treated.

mate the ending loop is a classic the last 10 seconds cracked me up. Keep it up AB take them to the cleaners get the officer who doesn't know the law to do communication training and to learn the laws training. I was surprised she was a DC and yet she never tried to approach friendly to get the answers, she went right into her bossy, rude face with a you must give your name or be arrested under the policing law/terrorism act. What an attitude and even when she didn't know the law she just threatened arrest rather than finding the section.. disgraceful this is who you pay to catch criminals her interview tactics are super amateur. must be her first time trying to get answers, no idea who promoted her to be a DC.

Nice update AB. I imagine there's been a lot of 'retraining' at Kidderminster cop shop over the last 10 days! Now they realise that they are paid to serve the public. It proves the point of why you do this, otherwise nothing will ever change. Sue them, and make them pay out, then they will learn the lesson.

19:15 If you don't need to have all the compensation since you believe it to be tainted and it belongs to the public anyway, have think about creating a fund to help other auditors when they get into problems through police corruption. The fund can be ear marked for legal fees only to help auditors who aren't able to fund the initial legal work for their cases.

There needs to be a coming together of ALL auditors under the banner of PINAC (Photography is not a crime) with AB as one of the leaders of the movement as he really shows how it should be done - hopefully such a movement could be a force to reckon with to get the police back in their place as 'Public Servants' instead of the ego driven tyrants that seems to be the norm these days. How about it AB, would you put out a call for such a gathering together?

I'm still waiting for DC926 Joanne Bills' apology. She's the one who instigated the incident and ordered PC21724 to arrest and cuff you illegally. She has been named, now she needs to be shamed. Contrary to some, I don't believe she does not know the law, I believe she willingly ignored and abused it because you wouldn't bend the knee and kiss her DC ring. Inflated egos and emotional reactions make for the worst kind of policing.
