His fans, he calls Dears, like myself have been woth him years and listening to his music almost every day never getting tired of it, we know that he is extremely unique and music scholars have said a voice like his only comes once in a thousand years or more, I am totally convinced of that and music has always been the biggest source of my entertainment, and I have always had a huge diverse amount of genres I enjoy, which just gets wider with age, I am 56 years olad and I can tell you for a fact I never heard his equal or even close, he is on a different level where his only competition is himself. Yes he was born very gifted but he also put in the hard work to make those gifts show as we see. His whole life has been around music and if the talent itself was not enough, he is also one of the most exceptional humans I ever seen, just a pure hearted, loving person that is on another level in his humanity too. Dor me it's the talent and the person off the stage that makes him loved by those that have taken the time to actually know the humble man we see.

This is going to be a strange comparison but I felt the same way when I first heard Dimash as when I first heard ELVIS. They both have it all. The Charisma, the voice, the on stage presence, the looks, the unique styling. I have been listening to music my whole life and seen the best there is in the music genre. I was a teen when I heard ELVIS and now 60 years later I feel that way about DIMASH Awestruck.

He is so awesome, isn’t he? Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. I’m a real fan of movies that have such a mystical or oriental atmosphere. And it was such a great idea by Dimash to use the Qobiz for that. The qobiz is a very old two stringed Kazakh folk instrument and it’s wide spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the qobiz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. You often can hear this instrument when Dimash sings in his native tongue like Samaltau, Qairan Elim or Òmir Òter. As a Kazakh he speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently. He sang Stranger for the first time at New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international competition for young artists, founded in 2002 by Igor Krutoy. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy, like so many other masterpieces, wrote this song specifically for Dimash and his incredible vocal range (in this song alone he sings 5 octaves F1-F6 I think). And the last note he held for 20 seconds. The way he switchs so affortlessly between the different registers and octaves in one song is so mesmerizing and unbelievable. As already mentioned, Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him.The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Please react to Olimpico or also Ogni Pietra from his Arnau concert in 2019 next. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺. @ Franklyn React…… Loved your reaction! 🤗 Dimash often has that affect on new listeners! 😁 For a good introduction to Dimash, check out the 13 performances he did on the Chinese show that introduced him to the world, I Am A Singer2017 when he was only 22 years old. G. Wu’s YT channel has English subtitles and very important back stories and has most of the performances. Dimash’s Wikipedia article tells about the show and lists the songs he sang and how he placed with each. Don’t even make reactions, just enjoy them as you learn about Dimash. You will be amazed at the variety and languages within Dimash’s time on the show. On second thought, maybe make a reaction to Adagio from round 6. Dimash had scored quite low (for him) in round 5 and was very concerned he might be voted off the show so he left it all on the stage for this performance! It’s just incredible! More Dimash , please!! 💞💞💞
