The irony of this interview is that there are MANY BM like Ryan...they just don't come in the packaging many BW want. Ryan himself doesn't have a physically fit muscular body nor is he handsome. He's an average guy. If he wasn't an internet celebrity, and was a store manager at Target, a lot of BW would pass on him. I'm noticing the comments implying that he is some type of anomaly. He's not, he just isn't the type of guy the average BW chases. I've learned that judging quality of men simply on their physical packaging, without further investigating can be a loss sometimes. He's a great guy & good on him for sharing his perspective.

This was a good interview 🤗 it was refreshing to hear a BM admit that his childrens mother deserved better than what he was when they were together. We all grow and mature...it's what life is all about. Sometimes we can't mend those relationships bcus of the hurt and anger we endured during the relationship. But what we can do make amends, move forward and be the best parents we can be to our child/children. For that I commend this man. He also stated that he still pays his ex bills and takes care of his children...much respect! I could never be mad a man for handling his business. Ryan is clearly capable of taking care of his ex, children and any new relationship he chooses to get into. If he was being honest and transparent I wish him nothing but the best! I'm sure his DMs will be overflowing, unless he takes his shot with Ms Kendra 😉🤗

I’m so sorry that analogy does not fly or make sense because with your 40K raise on your job you are not asked to share that with a coworker or partner with whom it’s their ONLY source of income for their daily needs (liabilities & debts). He’s so right. Especially when you have children, you don’t want to be a breadwinner, pay half or provide. She will be bitter, stressed upset and unhappy. She won’t rest in her feminine. He is a real man. He’s very rare to find. Men are delusional. They want modern women with traditional values. How can I be submissive if you don’t lead provider and protect. He’s a keeper. I like him even more now. Always loved his comedy.

“Rest in my feminine”- the new phrase entitled oxen use to justify not being accountable for their own responsibilities. They want othe to to pay their bills, rent, liabilities , utilities etc Let me guess, all your earnings are yours. All his are also yours

Yes!!! The amount of raw truth in your comment!!! “How can I be submissive is you don’t lead, provide, and protect?” A bar!!! Also I ask this same question ALL the time. Have yet to hear the answer. Someone needs to research and write their dissertation on this.

@toricollins65162 жыл бұрын
There are plenty of men that provide & protect, too many women pass on them b/c they are short, overweight, & work a blue collar job, etc. The problem is BW want men that fit THEIR standards that also provide & protect. Submissiveness should not be conditional. If you are only feminine & submissive when a man is a provider, you normally exist in a masculine and independent state when single. That's not appealing to most men.

And this would literally be the issue KS is talking about B Simone wouldn’t be “attracted” to a Ryan davis, she thinks she deserves “insert who ever is the most desirable man at the moment” If not she’d be in a relationship by now

Love it! Unapologetically Black... A WORD! And respectfully Alicia Keys has never been the same since her marriage...great point Kendra. I also disagree with financial part...Men need to be the primary financial provider in this world...if not, they will resent you and feel emasculated.
@bigtank64652 жыл бұрын
I disagree with the idea that a man becomes resentful and feels emasculated, if his woman earns more than him. Generally a woman will challenge a man's authority in this situation. And some men simply will not tolerate a woman who doesn't know her place. Secondly, is Provider and Protector a man's biological function? Or is it just a "role" we play?

I agree with Big Tank...
@bigtank64652 жыл бұрын
@@rayofirst8885 Right sista.. Provider and Protector is a man's biological function. It is what Nature designed us to do; equivalent to a woman being designed to give birth and produce milk to nurse a child. A woman is supposed to get Provisions from a man. So regardless of how much money a woman makes, she should have an understanding of this so she remains in proper alignment when dealing with a man.
