I like how the ml and fl look realistic, especially the female. The eyebrows and eyes are proportioned nicely and you don't really see many girls with thick eyebrows because they're seen more as masculine. Overall I find the style pleasing (not to say I don't like the over exaggerated female stereotype, but it's refreshing to see something new)

Okay now before yall become giddy over this, the story actually addresses how this is, in fact, unhealthy behavior from him, and while it *is* romantic, you shouldn't take this as a standard because he's an outlier with many many issues. Finally!!! I was pretty concern about his behavior. He doesn't care about his own wellbeing and seems to get obsessed with his partner...I truly hope that he overcomes his own traumas and can have a healthy relationship further in the anime with the cute girl

Well, there is a thing where you may not know if you especially like someone, but may enjoy being in a relationship like dating with them if you try. Some people don’t experience attraction, but that does not mean they cannot build romantic relationships either. But also some see the status of dating more as like a serious pre-interview for marriage, and may not want to officially give it that high of a label at the time.
