What is so heartwarming about this isn't the japanese take on sci-fi concepts of Multiverse, Possibilities and Parallel Worlds... but that it's a story about an elderly couple. And the needs that come with age. As someone who cares for an Elder, I find this... endearing. Thank you.

Despite having watched Boku ga Aishita (Red) before Kiwi wo Aishita (Blue), I still believe Kazune is the endgame, but I cannot stress how important Shiori is as an alternate to their timelines. What's so endearing is that the titles of the movies dictate the feelings of both Koyomi and Kazune as characters. Kimi wo Aishita refers to Kazune's multi-verse spanning love for Koyomi, every version of her will always love Koyomi hence the title "To **Every You** I've Loved Before.". Meanwhile Boku ga Aishita refers to the one Koyomi who loves Shiori. In essence, the only Koyomi who loved Shiori instead hence the title "To me, the **One** who Loved You.".

So in every world kazune is with koyomi all the time... life long ... like in every world ... so to the every you i have loved before is for kazune and not for Shiori... it's like in the process of always giving a happy life to Shiori in all the way... It’s actually kazune and koyomi get together and The to me the one who loved you or in to the every you i have loved is all about koyomi want to say to kazune I should watch the blue one first then the red one... but i watched the red one first which is to me the one... so i always a little bit eager to see shiori and koyomi together but now i think if i have watched other way around then it will be correct to see koyomi and kazune together in every aspect But yes... both the movies are so beautiful and amazing

If you watch this movie, and not the other one. There was a scene where Kazune from other world(lets call her Kazune 2) slips into this world to meet her son because in her world, her son died. After the conflict, they send her(Kazune 2) back to where she came from and tries to return the actual Kazune, which is Kazune 0. But the system was not perfect so, instead of getting back Kazune 0, they got Kazune 0.5, which is Kazune but from a parallel world closer to theirs. She knew, and he also knew that she is not the original but they decided to just love each other. So, 0 is a term referring to the person from his/her own world where he/she is born.
