Yeah, that's why I sided more for Jihoo because even Ximen & Meizuo weren't really bullied the way Junpyo was. When he wasn't physically bullying he was verbally bullying. I tried to be understanding after all his mother is the biggest bully, she makes all the fairytale stepmoms appear as angels next to her. She didn't give a damn about her son until he was interested in someone below their class & wealth status. However, like you, I loved this too! All the versions are no different...the basis is F4 who were bullies until the female lead showed up & even then some.

True, but in my opinion they changed a bit. It’s like they all acted tough, but had a soft side too. In the beginning episodes even I didn’t like them until they slowly showed their real selfs. Despite them being bullies and stuff the F4 always had each other’s backs and helped Jandi at times too.

I don't remember the other 3 members of F4 actually bullying? did any of them push someone or do any act of bullying? However, the truth is that the whole freaking school was a bunch of bullies! With exception of a few, boys & girls got in on the bullying! Not only did the victims deal with physical abuse but verbal & that was the problem with Junpyo & Jandi, there was a lot of verbal abuse aside of when he had others bully her. I have to remind myself he was very immature in relationships, he had the evil wicked woman for a mom, his mom never gave a damn about him until he started showing interest in someone below his class! The dude had problems & tbh, don't think any of the other members of F4 had a great relationship with their parent(s) ok except Jihoo as if I remember correctly his parents died when he was young. I'm not saying their parents were bad, just not very involved in their lives-they gave them money to take care of them. Anyway, yes glad that bullying both physical and verbal toned down some!

This was released in 2009 remember that, the mindset was alot different than now adays and it actually shows characters' growth every episode, Junpyo was toxic but he got better by time, remember he was so self centered, rich and got everything he ever wanted but he cared so much for jandi more than his own happiness.

Every time Jandi cried over Jun Pyo he was there for her. He saved her a few times too. Ji Hoo was heartbroken because of Seo Hyun ( I think that’s her name). He couldn’t love anyone else. Jandi fell for Ji Hoo but when she started to fall for Jun Pyo that’s when Ji Hoo started liking her. It crushed me to see Ji Hoo sad. I wanted him to find his true love. Yes, Jun Pyo was a bully but that’s the whole point.
