I am a retired NYS Corrections officer, we had a mafia hitman doing time for killing an informant and the entire news crew who was interviewing him at the time. He was an older non discernig man who was doing 150 years. He knew he was going to die in prison and he just wanted to be left alone to do his time. He ALWAYS showed respect and no one bothered him, until 2 black hoods thought it was a good idea to try to extort him and take his property. He told me personally what happened, he told me that he told those idiots to leave him alone and that they didn't know who they were fucking with. They thought a short skinny old white guy was a easy mark. THEY WERE WRONG. To shorten the story, he killed one guy, he piped him, then proceeded to cut his throat with a piece of wood embedded with razor blades. The guy looked like a Pez dispenser. He told me that he tried to cut his head off but couldn't get through his spinal column. He placed the body over a floor drain so the body would bleed out and not make a mess. He intended to place the severed head in a net bag and take it back to the block and hold it up in front of the 2nd inmate and tell him he was next. Instead he went to the officer and told him he just killed a guy and not to let the Sgt see the body because he had a heart condition. There is more to this story but the moral is RESPECT no matter who you are.

I read about this incident in several books about the mafia. They said that every boss and underboss was told the heat wouldn't let up until he was turned over. Then the bosses told all members that if they hid him they were dead too. It's why the mafia didn't kill cops, judges, DA's etc. As long as they mainly killed each other the pressure wouldn't be so great.

Hello Sammy, I've heard lots about you; as you know you are well known. I can't believe that I'm so intrigued by hearing your stories. I'm glad that your able to share. It must hurt still, being that I can see that you are still a functioning human being. You seem like a nice fella but no one to test. Period. Good to see you're still here.
