Where Mum lives at Bempton East coast England ( the bit that sticks out on the map below Scarbro) they get fog a lot in the summer has the north sea is cold soon as they get sun it rolls in.

Loved Barry Island but haven’t been for years…I remember a man with a speaker system giving instructions to people on the beach…. Although it was sometimes serious, he used to make us laugh every time he said Attention on the beach… which was every few minutes 😂
