Great video , great interview. I never thought a place soo beautiful and less expensive existed just out of Accra . I am hopeful that our government will work quickly and diligently on the diaspora reform bill to give our brothers and sisters a clear path back to their rightful home. This legislation should be allowed to linger for too long, it’s the rightful thing to do . 🙌🙏

Okay, Nii! This is one of the most informative Vlogs, in your catalogue of "Ghana to the World" mini-documentaries. Masao Meroe is an amazing man with a visionary mindset. I wished all the establishments in Ghana would have a POS service. It makes booking and ordering things so much easier. People from the diaspora are used to and prefer online bookings. It also allows each business to be able to plan and make forecasts of where the business is going or growing.

It’s mind boggling, Ghana should have acted on this legislation long time ago. We simply lack the forward thinking! What does Ghanaian parliament think the castles and forts that dotted the Ghanaian coastline were used for, l know they were not university buildings and not for grain storage for sure!

There's risk in everything. Those building on mainlands also have their own risk issues. What ifs are part of life but man must stay positive and move on. So far as these buildings do not breach environmental regulations I don't think we should be thinking in the negative. There are a lot of settlements on the same beach stretch, Sankofa is just one of many settlements. Beachfront settlements must be encouraged with the right measures being put in place to accommodate any unforseen acts of God. Let's stay positive.
