There most definitely is. When I was in grade s school I walked home and there were these black teenagers who threw rocks at me and yelled at me. They were racist.I was the scared little white girl who had to get past them on my way home from school. Fast forward, now I'm 30 yrs old, working in a factory and I noticed the black women would get the easier jobs because they complained more and being white, they had to be careful not to offend them. I did have black friends. Not all blacks were in this group. My point is there definitely is blacks against whites just because they are white.
