I'm neither a Chabadnik, nor a close follower. But I try to be objective in assessing every person and every Rabbi or intellectual. The more I hear from Rabbi YY's videos, the more respect I have not only for his speaking talents - which are truly extraordinary and with few peers in the world today - but even more so for the thoughts and originality in his speeches. Most of the famous speakers today are primarily masters of words and their delivery. It is truly rare to find someone who is not only riveting in his manner of speech, but also extremely sensible and profound in his understanding of psychological and social issues and their interconnection with Avodas Hashem (worshipping G-d), and able to offer original, thought-provoking ideas and insightful interpretations of Scripture and Talmudic teachings. This young man meets this high standard in almost every lecture of his that I have heard or seen on KZbin. He deserves every ounce of his growing fame.
