When this was being filmed, they were originally supposed to aim for headshots. But there was some kind of issue, and they ended up aiming for center of mass instead, even though they didn't think it looked realistic. Then, it turned out that real snipers actually do aim for center of mass exactly like that, not headshots. So due to a mistake they accidentally made it more realistic.
