😆 Just from the title alone! 😆 Then watched. Asafa, is that 1 of the foods you'll continue to eat, no matter how much money you make? 😊 I haven't had corned beef in ages! Growing up in the Virgin islands, it was a common dish. made with rice or macaroni n cheese & veggies. Thanks for sharing...I appreciate any video/vlogs I get from y’all! 🤗 Enjoy your weekend...#doyuhthingboo😆 #GodblessThePowells✨️

Asafa you can really make/kneed dumplings. African food preparation involves a great workout. No need for a gym. Jamaica chicken taste so different to American chicken. Just add salt to your chicken and fry and full favour is there.

Did you know you can add mixed veg to your corn beef? It helps to drown out of. It down on the fat in the corn beef. Sauté the condiments:- peppers, onions, tomatoes etc then add your frozen mix veg then after that veg is cooked you add your corn beef. It goes well with rice.

Safa your fried dumplings (we call them Johnny Cakes or Bakes here in St Kitts/Nevis) are perfect. I'll be making some next week for Good Friday; it's one of our specialties at Good Friday. We sometimes put grated coconut, grated cassava or cornmeal in it or we have it plain like you did. Thanks for sharing. Mucho Amor💕
