And to add to that, people are just now starting to realize the trades as a option again instead of college, which means the supply of trades workers will go up and the pay will remain stagnant or go down… I don’t say that to hate on the trades or the ppl doing them. My dad was a general contractor, he didn’t hand down his business but it helped a lot, he got me my first job at the company he was working at as an apprentice making 50k after taxes a year back in 2021. Fast forward to now I’m making 98k after taxes this year which isn’t including side jobs. With side jobs since it’s all cash it’ll bump me up to 115.
