I just finished reading Jacques D'Amboise's autobiography 'I was a dancer' and was so thrilled to find this film about his work with NDI which he had founded. So lovely to see what he wrote about! Thank you so much for posting it!

I was a kid in 1982. And I loved dance so much! I went to dance class down the street, took ballet and tap. Those were such good memories. I can’t even imagine having an opportunity like this! Wow.

😂 I was one of the children from Searingtown School Long Island who got picked to dance at the Felt Forum at Madison Square Garden. It was terrifying but such a great experience.
