75 thousand to 200 thousand plus dollars is a NON STARTER FOR ME. In Liberia, if I buy my own land, I can get it for half the price and build a befitting dream edifice for 75 thousand dollars. According to the gentleman, 75 thousand is his cheapest price. It’s a NO NO FOR ME.
