Paying off my mortgage early was a pivotal financial move for me. By strategically allocating extra payments, I saved thousands in interest and freed up cash for more investments. It's about optimizing your finances and making your money work for you. Financial freedom is within reach for anyone willing to take the right steps.I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your futuree

speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself😊

personally, I'm blessed and realizing I'm not the only one working with Regina Louise Collaro. I will consider myself lucky. I've been able to feed and make a living through her advice and great work. For such a person as Regina, I owe her gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn't just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what she does.

Understanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Regina Louise Collaro, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm.

I noticed your earlier reply to Phyllis was removed . I have had the intentions of starting investing. But I always thought it was late and I think I need to stop procrastinating. I will definitely 🔍 Regina Louise Collaro and see what she can advise .Thanks a lot . This was of so much help to me.

Great video Justine!! This is soooo inspirational!!! I would love to pay off my mortgage!! But my mortgage is definitely higher. Anyone else here with a mortgage >$400,000 but still trying to pay it off within 5-10 years? 🤚🏽😅

Just came across this video. Ironically my wife and I last week paid off our $321K mortgage. It took 6 years and 9 months. We thought we crushed it until seeing this video. 😂

you did crush it. Most people don't even attempt paying off the mortgage early

I Got a 2/1 condo up in wine country Sonoma county in 2021. Over $100k down. Anything less to put down and your mortgage is just sky high.
@DebtFreeMillennials2 жыл бұрын
Wow! How much was the condo?

A mortgage is the only debt I don’t mind carrying. I feel investing and saving are just more important with a better payoff while I’m young.

We payed our deeds from credits cards $250000 around in 6 years -

But he paid off a 195k mortgage not a 350k mortgage?
@DebtFreeMillennials2 жыл бұрын
He also saved $155k before he bought so that's still paying it off because he saved up the cash for it.

@@DebtFreeMillennials I cash flowed 144k in educational expenses and took out a 6k loan in my final year. I paid off all my student loans within a year. Does that mean I paid off 150k in student loans in 1 year? Not trying to be a troll it's just a misleading title.

We paid off our $300k loan in 4.5 years too. We put $100k down. Now it is worth $600k.

@@shannonbrown8918I honestly thought the same thing. I read the title as their mortgage balance AFTER the down payment & closing costs was $350,000 - which is what I thought he paid off. Because that's what people are dealing with. A lot of Americans (esp millennials) are taking out greater than $400k mortgages due to high housing costs

I can't ever imagine a scenario where I will pay off my 2.75% 30yr fixed mortgage early. I am effectively paying a negative rate with inflation as it is.
@PrettyArmorJewelry28 күн бұрын
😂 Okay so he put down a $155,000 down payment! Well then that's how they paid off the house so soon. Still good job though on crushing their debt.

I'm sure Andy gets this all the time, but I can't imagine a worse investment than paying off a mortgage in your 30s.
