Thanks for the info, I can't wait to finally see some new things. I hope in the long run there will be better ways to watch the sport outside of the US (great ESPN deal, I really hope that it will be long term) than being half a year behind and having to watch out for spoilers in interviews or social media posts. But it has been absolutely amazing to follow to growth of chase tag over the last couple of years. The only problem: It makes me hungrier as a fan for new content :D

He's one of the best athletes in this sport, at the very least. Many times carrying his team to victory with consecutive evasions before. And given that in order to run as evader you have to successfuly tag someone as the chaser first, he's also a pretty good one at that.

I'd say yes for pure evasions, but as a chaser he's been evaded more often than Michael, Jason and Rob from Apex. Considering they're almost as good as him as evaders and Apex is 2x US champ + world champs + never lost, I'd have to go with one of the Apex guys as goat - probably Michael Sliger since he's never been evaded

@@koulmemaybe I disagree, evading is MUCH harder than chasing, and Kyle being the greatest evader thus far ( and a very good chaser ) puts him above the Apex guys in my book, plus his team is NOWHERE near as stacked as Apex usually is which explains their domination imo.

I still believe that both people have to stay in the boundary for a tag to count. I enjoy the speed and the chaos that is diving for a tag or jumping with all your momentum into a corner...but if the chaser tags midair and leaves the quad and goes out of bounds I think that tag shouldn't count because in the same vain the evader can't leave the quad to escape a tag.

That's literally the rule. As soon as you touch outside of the quad, you lose.

@deadersurvival4716 yet they award tags for the chaser when they tag mid air or in the middle of a sprint and they run outside of the boundary. I'm just saying it makes sense if it's fair; having only that rule apply to the evader seems unfair because it is shown multiple times that chasers can bolt as hard as they can to make the tag but have no way of stopping themselves safely unless they jump out of the quad. That blatant disregard for restraint when the evader has to think about that is a bit unfair in my pov

@@ThePauseMenuVlog In the air isn't outside, and neither is mid-sprint. If the tag happens while the player is in bounds, it counts. If the player hits a rail extension or touches the ground outside, they lose. Not before. That's why the walls are slanted in.

I also feel it's still fair cause it's an all or nothing tactic to get the tag. If there evader escapes it it's an instant evasion which is also nice.
