BKR7E plugs gapped to 0.7mm. Loosen timing belt (sounds too tight). Adjust fuel pressure to 3bar (43.5psi) at idle with the vacuum line disconnected. Then hook up vacuum line. And check for a possible clogged fuel filter. Other than that, thing sounds wicked. Cheers from NZ 👌

just a heads up... to set base fuel pressure you need to remove the reference (vac line) or set while priming timing lights are cheap to... better off knowing its right. for the stock ecu you need to try get it to idle right at the right timing before you start messing with anything else to

You have to take the turbo out to do this turn the rod one way u will see the gate close turn the rod the other way you will see the gate open when u open it it will let your Wast out and let u hit boost good luck boys

There is a rod on the back of your turbo this rod is hooked up to a built-in Wast gate turn the rod down and hook it back up to dump cable u will have a better scream

Your turbo is not holding boost very well which is why I reckon you should give these things a go it will coast money

You also need bigger injectiors you can't just slap on a turbo and hope shill bee right turbo is forced induction it makes bigger boom in your silinder if u have to much air and not enough fuel your air flow meter will send incorrect timing to your ECU you will have to get tuned at some point I recommend a bigger exurcts as when u dump it you out let fumes have no where to go but back up in to your turbo this can bee fixed by opening your wast gate on your turbo and a dineo tune

Turbo standard fuel suckers are factory turbo ur turbo dose not factory one thing you can try whendriving this old girl instead of letting the clutch all the way out then giving it to her hold the clutch in take your revs to about 1300 or if you want to push her 1500 then let the clutch out evenly with your juice giver this will give your turbo time to hold boost
