I like the concept of the film. It did great for a movie that looks low budget. Some parts seemed ridiculous though, like how Max became the new CEO in what looks like a short time into the future after the events of the film. If the chip didn't have the ability to straight up override actions the military applications would be insane. Two eyes, two reaction times. The ability to do wildly different tasks with each hand (Dual wielding might be viable. Gamer aims the off hand while the soldier aims the primary)

If you were the soldier would you really want your life to be in the hands of someone halfway across the country to have temporary control over half your body? Where would your privacy be?
