The bathroom was fine..? All that happened was flour got everywhere? Sure he cut a hole in the door, but I am pretty sure he'd be able to fix it in a matter of a few days at most. Plus, the "damages" he did were patched to an extent Sure he could've done something without cutting into the house, but there are dozens of other people who do this and more.
