5cr yearly with 118 properties means - - 423,728 per property annually - 35,000 per property per month You can easily make this much by renting a car in a zoom car. Buying a car is way less costly than buying a house.

I assume 35000 is profit per property per month…also the value in owning real estate property always appreciate , do you think your car’s value appreciate ? And you’re also discounting the employment he’s able to generate !

Depends on location selection is most important and transportation connectivity to that place add more value, research properly before doing that, other thing is you have to keep permanent caretaker to keep that place clean and providing food services add good earnings

Putting all eggs in one basket is never a good idea and in short term rentals Airbnb is having its monopoly. I am myself a host, 2 months ago Airbnb permanently deleted my account and then the business crashed in just a minute. So also talk about the monopolistic behaviour of Airbnb, this issue is faced by a lot of european hosts too and it is increasing at a good scale.

@@brsr82 I took damage compensation from AIRBNB because a guest broke the microwave and airbnb said that i violated their terms and condition and as a result my account as well as the account of the guest got permanently suspended and all this happened even after hosting more than 900 guests and maintaining the superhost title for more than 02 years.

am curious to know unless u engaged prospective enquires giving your personal details like phone number or location or encouraged offline booking , then they would have deleted your account

@@mexxstate Hy Actually there was no issue from my end but one of the guest mistakenly broke my microwave and i took compensation about the same from Airbnb, resulting in deletion of my account as well as the account of the guest too. The most frustating thing is that the reason which airbnb gave me for deletion of my account was that the “Guest damaged the property”…. Like seriously…. What am i supposed to do when the mistake is done by guest not by host. But no one is there to listen even if you are a superhost or what so ever. Its been 07 months but even now airbnb says that we are working on the case and we cant offer additional support for the same.

Right from the moment where he mentioned his 8 flats in 1 building, I got the idea is there any take away or home delivery joint in that area that he recommends to his clients or atleast put menu cards and phone numbers to order. Later he mentioned the same.

Everything explained perfectly however Mr Deshpande has not thrown clear light on how the commercial property gets in lower lease rent for Airbnb,as usual problem mentioned,which everyone faced ,how to get nocs,from local authorities,as well society to run every different property.pl pl reply

Your owner simply might not have time to operate that flat as a airbnb business/host, many are there who have such properties only to rent out .

@@antonellabellucci you sign a contract/lease agreement, most landlord would not bother what you do with it (legally) I would rather suggest to check with society/neighbours , it’s them who may create an issue out of it .
