Tbf, this fight and most scenes with S-Hawk is really more about showing him off because everyone really wants to see Mihawk do things. The most important thing is seeing him clash with Zoro to hype up the real fight later on.

We get like, a new move per character every boss fight. I’ve always hated that It’s actually part of why I loved Katakuri so much….cause legit, why *wouldnt* you improve upon a decent attack that you can replicate? You blew your fist up with air to make a giant punch? That’s actually a good idea…lemme steal that and multiply my arms by 20
