@@charlieblockclocksnowyeah obviously everyone has mental health, we all have brains and therefore everyone has mental/emotional health but the point they made is that the guy has a lot of genuinely frightening, concerning thoughts/opinions that are telltale signs of severe mental health decline. Especially with his apparent current mindset that depression isn’t real and you have to “grow out of it” that’s probably making it a million times more difficult for him to get help. This isn’t a new concept either obviously, but if you have enough people with similar struggles and they latch onto each other through this idea of what they think is helping them or what is a healthy approach to life, they’re likely just gonna create a toxic echo chamber that further contributes to mental health stigma and makes it difficult for people to reach out for help. (btw two things, sorry that went on for so long and also i suck at reading tone online so if i took ur comment the wrong way sorry about that lmao)

@@-forg that's a pretty common theme in people with bipolar or schizophrenia tbh - they might think they're doing really well and feel a lot better than normal, and when friends or family encourage them to get help, they might believe that they're intentionally being undermined and suppressed

To think that what originally started him down this path was him feeling anxious and depressed and coming across red pill grindset content, content that preaches taking steps and doing things that are extremely harmful to mental health, leading to him getting worse and worse and eventually spiraling. This is just hypothetical, but say for instance he has bipolar and he was depressed, scrolling tiktok, finds this content and his mood starts shifting so he feels better as he goes into hypomania. But he doesn't believe in mental illness so he attributes the upswing in mood to "grinding." They tell you not to sleep, to eat a particular way, to over exercise, to just throw yourself into "work" and he does it, the whole time fueled by his manic state. His friends start worrying so cuts them all off. He keeps working out. Cutting hours off his sleep until he's not sleeping at all. And boom, next thing you know he's in full on psychosis, needing to be hospitalized or worse- he doesn't get help and keeps cycling until something terrible happens. I know the plummet back into depression would be extra dangerous for this guy if what I described is at all accurate because he not only doesn't believe in seeking help but also doesn't believe anything could be wrong with him. Of course him suffering from schizophrenia would follow a different path but be just as horrible. This was eleven months ago... I hope he got some help. 😔

It's my understanding of his... public act ? But i think he currently creates a "stunned out of surprise on how someone can believe such obvious stupidities" reaction, instead of a "that person seems to know something i don't and seems trustworthy, i might give them a try" one. I hope he never reaches the 2nd type, which is way smoother, more polished and viscous. More experienced. I hope he reaches his max with his current levels of out of touch state of mind. But yeah, that's why i said he looks like a perfect victim (and i hope it doesn't get worse than it already is), and would need a healthy man figure to guide him to a healthy expression of himself.
