Nebraska coach Matt Rhule addressed the media on Monday after the Huskers' victory over Colorado, using the time to laud Dylan Raiola and to share concerns about the special teams.

I wouldn't say its alarming Rhule saying that. Callahan, Peline, Riley and Frost would have said "everything is working great. We like what we see". Rhule is holding people to standards and making sure the standards are alway raising. This is exactly what i want to hear from our Head Coach.

I agree with Mitch. That Tunnel song is tired, boring and outdated. Have you seen Clemson's entrance? It is exciting, ours is boring and lame to young people. As a UNL grad who doesn't live in Nebraska I have an outsider's perspective. We need a fresh song for our new team. Can we please be cool and not thirsty and cringe for a change??!! Nebraska is a great place with a great school but our presentation is middle aged! Let's change this, it will help so much with national perception and recruiting!❤🌽💯

Gbayor had a huge hit in special teams on a blocker... but in the process missed his opportunity to layout the kick returner Jimmy horn in which he ran it to the 37. It's the hit shown in many instagram reels due to Gbayor's pregame comments. But when you watch it, as a coach you want to pull your hair out as Gbayor needed just to slide to the left in his assigned gap and take out jimmy horn at the 10.

Between the lazy routes and the bad wr blocking, it shows that maybe even the transfer portal players we have, haven't entirely bought into the culture. It would make sense that the wr's we have starting weren't there last year for the rivalry game so they might not have had the intensity we wanted. 1890 Nebraska is part of the university athletics now. It's not an outside company. Why wouldn't you advertise it? Like it or not NIL is part of college football now. You ether are leading the pack embracing it or you fall behind everyone else. I don't think Trev had the best relationship with 1890 when they were an outside collective. That's not what we want. In my opinion since Trev left it really seems like administration and the athletic department is on the same page. Which we haven't had for many years. It really seemed like Trev was trying to put the carriage before the horse.
