Yep,the same stupid things of the past,bad special team play early,fumbling in the red zone,bad INT's,and no response at all,no fight whatsoever while they are being run over.Feels like a bad movie rerun that I've seen over and over.Feels like we haven't got any better.Indiana can do what they have done in 1 year but we can't do anything in how many years now?Angry and massively disappointed.

IU is elite. Why is everyone just figuring this out. You put a FR QB up against a 6th year veteran player of the year from the MAC? And you thought you had a chance? IU is a legit all-star team. Lick your wounds and get a win against Ohio State. They can be beat.

It depends how you use the bye week and apparently Nebraska didn’t use it well. It’s unacceptable to that unprepared for any game but off a bye week there’s zero excuse to look that lost on the field

IU would've won anyway, but you can tell Rhule didn't do his homework. Our one CB Ponds is 5'9 and got beat deep a couple times against Maryland. Northwestern made some plays down field too, but I didn't see Nebraska take any shots?

I'd say the loss is 80/20 split on coaching and player execution. Not sure how you come off a bye and lose by 49. Totally and entirely embarrassing

I think it's the mentality, the guys get a little adversity they fold. As far as coaching it's plain to see the oc sucks at calling plays. Same ones over and over. Would like to see most of this offensive staff replaced. Alot of frosts guys will be gone after this year. Maybe will lose some negativity.

BTW, remember the Nebraska/IU game in 1978? After the big Husker win, Tom Osborne went classless in the postgame and dissed IU, saying, “There are better high schools teams in Nebraska than IU.” Well, we never forgot. Payback, dudes. Go Hoosiers.

Just like Bobby Knight? Kurt has control of the expectations at IU. He would not at Michigan. I think that is why the transfer portal is fundamentally changing the game. Why be in trouble every time you have a bad game or even a bad practice? Look at the Husker or Trojans fan sites. At the top 🏈 schools the alums are out of control. Not at the smaller D1s. Now, you can build a champion anywhere. But I appreciate your well wishes. 😊

Fans are mad? The TEAM should be mad, mad as hell, mad enough to make Ohio State work their butts off. The Cornhuskers of the Devaney/Osborne era had some passion but since then, it seems to me they just crawl into a hole if the going gets tough. You don't have to win every game, esp. when you are totally outclassed, but there's no excuse for not PLAYING every game, And the same goes for Rhule---if it ain't working, do something different!

Matt Rule dogged Coach Prime for coming in and clearing out that sorry 1-11 Colorado bunch and rebuilding with experienced players who are ready to go from the portal. Maybe it's time for Rule to clean out the Scott Frost's leftover losers and losing culture then can Satterfield for an NFL OC and get the winning started again. Rule said he had a different way. Well how is that working out for him? Football is a religion in Nebraska, so Matt Rule had better slip into his Bishop's holy robe and start laying healing hands on a sick and dying program.
