Actually the beef started back then when kollegahs management didnt pay enough to both artists for the album "bossaura" which sun diego produced (he also had feats on the album), back then germany wasnt ready for autotune and there was some big youtuber w influence who turned basically the whole industry against him. 2012 The management basically said "aight here kollegah here u got a small portion of money for that shit, but u gotta give a small portion of ur small portion to sun". (sun didnt know that as he mentioned in his book later) That was tho at the same time sun was starting a family and wouldve needed more money, so he actually went to court to get his money out of the management. Also he stated in the book at least that they had a deal to sign him too, but that didnt happen then, and kollegah wasnt reacting to his calls or msgs or smth. that led to sun saying fuck that shit, he didnt went on tour with kollegah then (also bec he feared the management would try to go at him whilest that, back then he didnt had anyy protection or big name behind him, in america its the same thing with OG´s i think) ironically he got friend ´s with the same guy who turned everybody against him, back then he started the JBB, a rapbattle tournament and said "ye sun i want u in it" thats how spongebozz got Big, his qualifaication went viral over night, he was a big mystery in the scene, some even thought spongebozz is kollegah with a pitched voice 2013-2015 so long story short: he literally destroyed all of his enemys, nobody came close and he was one of the most hyped rappers at the time thats when kollegah teased /dissed him live on stage 2015 i think, well however sponge shot back, then 2017 they beefed officially with sun releasing a disspart at the end of his legendary comeback, nowadays they are w the same management tho

I wouldn't really say Spongebozz was a "big" mystery, quite a lot of people immediately guessed it was Sunny. His JBB opponents even used it against him. There were also some very indepth analysis videos exposing him. Some other rappers tried to benefit from the hype by dropping hints that it was actually them, but the popular theory was always that it was Sun Diego. Julien just tried really hard to deny it. In his initial analysis he immediately ridiculed the idea that it could be Diego and tried to divert attention by proposing it could also be Kollegah.

Im just going to write the hole Story about Sundiego, first of all because I'm bored and secondly because i want non-German speaking people to understand his Legacy. So if you're interested, just reed, the Translating is done by me and i hope that it is understandable. For the Understanding of this comment you need to Know the Sundiegos actual name is Dimitrj, He used the Rapper names Sundiego, Spongebozz, Capri_Sonne, and ninetyniner. All of those names are explained further below. Also, It is easier to understand this if you just pretend that Sundiego and Spongebozz are 2 Different Persons, because until 2017 it wasn't Officially revealed that they are the same Person. I'm going to say "Dimitrij" if I'm talking about him as a Person in general. ---- EDIT: Added some missing details that might be interesting for some People. I marked them with "*" so you can easily identify them. Also feel free to write a comment to make me aware of some things that i missed or if you think something is wrongly dated. (Also make sure to reed my comment under this one, as this is only the first of 2 parts.) 2005 Dimitrij Started Rapping in 2005 in the "RBA" (Reimliga battle Area). During this time he used the Names "Capri_Sonne"and"ninetyniner" at this time, he was just 19 years old. (Explaining the second Name) He Won 9 out of 20 Battles in RBA. Many other rappers also started in the RBA back then, just like Kollegah and 4Tune. (4Tune is going to become important Later) During this time, he became online Friends with Kollegah. 2008 He started a Label Called "Moneyrain Entertainment" together with John Webber (A German Rapper) where they Released Tapes such as the "Ruski Tape" which was almost 100% in Russian, some Song are on KZbin, but I'm not sure if the entirety Tape exists anymore. 2009 Kollegah asked if Dimitrij wanted to be a part of his upcomming Ablum "Chronik 2" and he was in on it. Marking the First Collaboration of the 2 legends. He had a Part on the Song "G's sterben jung". Later that year Kollegah also release his "Zuhälter Tape 3" where Sundiego was also a part of. 2011 Sundiego and Kollegah Started Working on the Album "Bossaura" by Kollegah which released in... 2012 Bossaura Released and just a few weeks later, JuliensBlog Uploaded his "Bossaura Analyse" where he heavily critics Sundiegos influence on Kollegah, stating he makes Kollegahs sound "Gay". He almost rambeld for 5 full minutes about how shit Sundiegos Autotune Sound was, using very hard language. The Video is not on Juliens channel anymore, but there are a lot of re-uploads. That Video almost ended Sundiegos career. Sundiego and Kollegah had beef after that, because "Elvir", the Selfmade Records Chef, didn't pay him for the work on "Bossaura" and Kollegah wasn't available of the phone and nowhere to be found. Later that year Sundiego Responded with the "Nobody Diss" Against Julien. Julien Liked that Song so much that he actually uploaded it and a Analysis on his Channel, giving Sundiego another chance to prove himself. Julien Saying that he "Actually had some Balls" and "This wasn't all to Gay" and being "about 70% Heterosexual" In his Analysis on the Diss. That Diss also Created the JBB (JuliensBlogBattle) an Online Video Battle Tournament. As Julien actually liked the Idea of Rappers Dissing him, as he was known for Dissing the Rappers in his Rap Analysis Videos. Inviting them to Diss him as a Qualification, where they then battled it out against each other for a Price pool if they were good enough in Juliens eyes. The JBB2012 wasn't flawless, but that isn't as important. 4Tune Won the Battle in that year. 2013 The JBB Continued and out of nowhere there was this guy calling himself "Spongebozz" rapping as SpongeBob with extreme language, talking about "Plankton Weed" and Kokain deals. He, from the very start, was one of the Favorites, some actually calling him one of the best Rappers in the Battle rap Scene. Some Talk started that this Rapper couldn't be a Newcomer, as this amount of skill would take years of training. Many thought it might be Kollegah, because he had the Skills necessary, but him being Sundiego was believed by the most. Sundiego Living in Osnabrück, the City the Spongebozz video was shot in, him apparently sounding like sundiego and him using similar Words as Sundiego. Also, he had Chucks Taylor Shoes, just like Sun Diego. This Doubletime being very clear as Sundiego... And so on, I guess you get the point by now. Anyway... At this point is only was believed to be him, nothing was proved. Juliens actually defending Spongebozz saying it could be anyone. (Julien Off course knows who is in the Battle and what their names are.) Anyway. He Later, during the Battle, proved that he was the best, as he won against Gio in the Final. And also beat 4tune in the King final. (4tune being the winner in 2012, defending his Title as the Best in the JBB) Sponge Won the Battle, although it wasn't as clear, as many to this day believe that the Battle was staged and that he didn't actually win by being better. But because Sundiego was Friends with Julien after the Nobody Diss. (I don't really understand why they believe that 4tune was better, because he clearly wasn't in my opinion, but that's just how it was and still is to this day.) (Part 2 In the Comments xD)

(This is the Second Part of my Comment, as the whole thing is actually too long for KZbinl) He, off course had to defend the Title in the JBB2014 in the King Final, and again against Gio. (Gio Winning the JBB against Laskah in the Final). That was his 34Minute Diss, that almost anyone here should know of. The Longest Diss in German, and in my opinion also one of the best ever. Although you have to keep in mind, that diss wasn't out of hate or Beef between the 2, it was still part of the JBB as normal. He off course Won the Battle with a never seen before rating of 7 to 0. Giving him the Name "God of Battle" Gio actually gave up after the Round, as he thought it would be impossible to counter it in only 3 weeks time. Otherwise, there would've been a second "Konter Runde" where the opponent has to Rap on the Beat of the Other, trying to defend everything and to diss back. We instead got the Track "God of Battle" by Sponge to make up for the Missing counter round. Gio off course isn't a Nazi and not a Child Molester. It is Battlerap, don't take it too serious. Gio actually seems to be a nice guy in his Streams. 2015 Spongebozz dropped his Album "Planktonweed" that later got banned in Germany because of the Track "ACAB" because it would induce violence against the Police. It is not legal to sell the Album in Germany anymore from that on. The Track is not available in Germany, but there are Re-uploads. You can see it everywhere else, though. The Entire Album also is removed from Spotify in Germany. Kollegah and Majoe had a Concert where Kollegah asked if anyone wanted to know who Spongebozz really was, where he reveals it would be sundiego. This was done as a response to the "Planktonweed" Song, where Spongebozz Dissed Kollegah with a line saying even Platin Rappers fear the Sponge. Platin Rappers implying Kollegah, as he was one of the few rappers in Germany Reaching the Platin Selling Record in the German Charts. 2017 Major comeback of both Sundiego and Spongebozz. Starting the BBM label. (it existed before, but it was the first official release under that label.) Completely out of nowhere, on a Wednesday at 23:15 in the night. Without any Promo or announcements. here it was finally revealed, Spongebozz is in fact Sundiego. Major Comeback, revealing details about the Drama in 2012 with Kollegah, rewinds his time during and before the JBB and Telling about times when he almost died to a Sickness and someone Sabotaging his Tires That could have killed his wife and son. That was his 27 Minute Comeback, which also should be widely known. There is more Text in that one Comeback song alone that it could fill an entire Album of 10 Songs+. It's only as "short" as it is because he Doubletimes a lot of the parts. In the Last Part of that Song, he Raps as Sundiego (Without the Spongebozz Voice) Dissing Kollegah. That was the First time we heard Dimitrijs normal Voice since 2014. The Song came together with the Promo of his upcoming Double Album release. Started From the Bottom and Krabenkoke Tape. Basically releasing 2 full 13 Track Albums at the same time. I don't know, but I believe that this is the only time I know an artist released 2 Albums at the same time. So offcouse it was big news. SFTB being more about Realtalk and stories about Sundiego. And Krabbenkoke is more in the Style of the Planktonweed Tape, where he rappes about Kokain dealing and stuff. Started from the Bottom is a reference to Drake, and it is meant to be one. I sometimes here American KZbinrs say he stole it, but he just used it to reference it. --- * Just a few weeks before the Album released, John Webber released his Track "Hit 'em up" dissing Julien, Sundiego and Juri. That disstrack is mostly known for being the worst disstrack in the last 20 years of German rap, what makes the reference to 2Pac the hardest hitting diss 2Pac ever received in History. Nonetheless, Sundiego responded with the "Eierkinn" Diss, and Julien responded with the "Hurensohn Analyse" both ending the Career of John Webber for good. Juri Responded with "Santiago Bernabéu / Payback #forsundiego" reviling what a hoe John Webber really is, the last part of the song is mostly about that topic. "Eierkinn" is a reference to the Video of Julien, as he made up the story that John Webber once had Juliens Ball on his chin. Explaining the story behind that tough, is way too complicated for me. (Eierkinn basically means "Ball chin" referencing the story from Julien.) --- * After the Album Dropped, PA Sports and Kollegah made a Track named "HS.HC" which would stand for "Hurensohn Holocaust" (Hurensohn = Son of a Bitch) Where PA dissed both JuliensBlog and Sundiego without any reason. He later stated that he did it to Help Kollegah in the Beef between Sunny and Kollegah, although it backfired more than anything else really. First, JuliensBlog responded with the "Ding Dong" Video, showing a Voicemail from him to Sundiego. Where they then talked about another "Hurensohn Analyse" by Julien, and also a Diss by Sundiego. Sundiego then said that it would be a good idea. Later Sundiego made the "Napoleon Komplex" Disstrack about PA dissing him mostly with his size, as PA is only about 1,70 Meters or about 5'5f That was done because PA before the Diss made up some rules, saying it shouldn't go against Family, and it should be fair. which Sundiego absolutely didn't do. PA then responded with the "Nicht wie wir" and "Sunny" Disstrack where he didn't regard his own rules about the Family and Friends of Sundiego, dissing his Wife and Mother. Basically, PA won if you only view the both Tracks side by side, but he did it by cheating... Cheating, his own rules. But there is something missing... The "Hurensohn Analyse" by Julien. All we really know about it is that the video was never done, ending the friendship of Sundiego and Julien. Some think that Julien feared the consequences, as PA damaged his car a few weeks earlier after the "Ding Dong" video. Also calling him, talking about destroying everything he owns and loves. But Julien never said anything about the Video or beef ever since the Video, so we don't really know what happened and why he didn't help Sunny. 2018, It was again silent about Spongebozz, but not about sundiego. But one of his signings, Juri, released his album "Bratans Aus Favelas". Sundiego was part of a song. Sundiego released the songs "Hookah Kartell" "Refugees" together with Juri, "Eloah" and "Rock me Amadeus" and "Bella Ciao" Together with Juri and Scenzah during this time. Some where part of the Album from Juri, some where just Single releases. * Sundiego released his Book "Yellow Bar Mitzvah" where he talks about his time before he started to rap, how he got into it and many many stories about his life. It is very interesting and a must reed for every Sundiego fan. The Book was, for weeks, the most selling book in Germany, and to this day the most successful book by a Rapper in Germany. Also getting International media to talk about it, like the NY times. 2020 Juri Again Dropped an Album, Called "Bratans aus Favelas 2" the community didn't take this too well, as they wanted a Sundiego album for many years by now. Sundiego and Scenzah were also a part of the Album this time. Scenzah is also signed by BBM, being a close family member of Dimitrij. Juri and Sundiego released the Song "Deathrow" where sundiego had a quick comeback, destroying the scene withing a few minutes. Also many "Saado" Members, which is a German Clan Sundiego is a part of, talked about something big coming that same year, giving the community hope for a full sundiego comeback with an Album. Although it didn't happen that year. (The Saados are the Big and Scary guys in the back of many of his Videos.) 2021 There popped up a site called "Yellow Bar Mitzvah" Where a Sundiego Solo Album was announced. Only his Profile Picture on KZbin and Instagram Changed, and all the Video Descriptions of his songs changed. Besides that, nothing was posted and there wasn't a new song or anything really. Kollegah Announced his Album "Zuhälter Tape 5" where due to a leak, many already knew that Sundiego would have a part on it. The Song was "Rotlichtmassaker 2" Being off course a sequel to the first song. It Dropped, and Sundiego was finally rapping again. He rapped in the same exact style that he did all the way back in 2012, the same style his career almost ended, but now almost everyone liked it. The Date of his Album mentioned on the Website got closer and closer but without any song from him. And well. Here we are. The 19th November happened, and his Album got delayed, but we got the insane Comeback from Sundiego and Spongebozz. The Video, again being over 25 Minutes long, costing about 200.000 Euros. That counts as one of the most expensive Music Videos in Germany. (I actually don't know if there is one that is more expensive, but just in case. I don't know of everything, of course.) Now the Album got delayed until the First of April 2022. Until then... it's "Abwarten und Tee Trinken" as we like to say. But no matter what, that Album will go into History as one of the best, no doubt... Anyway. :) Hope anyone appreciates the 2+ Hours of work I just did without any reason.

@@outsider5742I'm just pleased that someone actually reed it :) You have to keep in mind though, this isn't everything there was to tell, i completely missed out on his book release in 2018 which was, for a few weeks the best selling book in whole Germany. Or things that happend during the Moneyrain Entertainment Label with John Webber in 2009/10. (they had a beef afterwards, resulting in the "Eierkinn" Diss and also in the "Hurensohn analyse" by JuliensBlog) that basically ended John's Career. It is just the very basics really, only the really important stuff to get an idea of how big these 2 comebacks (2017 and 2021) really are.
