One thing I found curious about the second film by then. Is how the Kylothians and the Zarthans rivalry was somehow similar to the Bugs and the Arquilians rivalry from the first film. I always forgot that Serleena's true form was of an invertebrate worm with a snake-like appeareance and plant like qualities. Despite her being disguised as an underwear model.
