As a kid, Bob was the hero and Leo was the bad guy. As an adult watching this is crystal clear that Bob is absolutely the bad guy and Leo is the victim (house explosives aside lol)

I worked in mental health for over a decade and Bill Murray’s performance is so underrated here. Dreyfus is actually a believable psychiatrist, barely holding back exasperation. And yes, I’ve known clients like this. It’s eery. One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest won an Oscar and it’s even better, set in a mental institution. Funny and dramatic, with Jack Nicholson in the lead role.

I lived in Colorado and my dad lived in Texas. When I would go to visit in the summer, I would bring some movies to watch with him. He was sick with heart disease and spent most of the time in bed. He laughed and this movie and enjoyed it. I will always think about my dad too when I see this movie. ❤

Bill Murray gets a lot of fan service, but Richard Dreyfuss has a great back catalogue as well. One of my favorite sleeper comedies has him in the lead, Let It Ride. Very funny. And, Always, is a dramatic Spielberg vehicle that he also leads. Lovely sentiments, tear jerker.

Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss did NOT like each other. Dreyfuss said he really didn't need to act much because of his distaste for Bill Murray. A lot of Actors have said that about Murray. I don't know if it's true or not, but maybe it's just his natural style. I don't know. Richard Dreyfuss though has nothing nice to say about Murray for some reason. As a fan and an outsider "looking in" watching his movies, I love his acting. Not knowing him as a person, I can't speak to anything else. I love your reactions as well. You are a real joy to watch. Bill Murray, like Robin Williams started in over the top comedic roles, when there was a hidden gem of an actor buried inside. You should check out what are a few of my personal favourite roles of his. “Rushmore” and “St. Vincent”.

Psychiatrists and therapists have said this movie is quite literally a horror film for them lol. Amazing in a movie with one of comedy’s biggest legends in Bill Murray sees him comedically outdone by Richard Dreyfus. His performance steals the show.

Yes, many people tend to overlook Dr Marvin’s point of view because Bob is so charming and funny. They don’t see that Marvin’s literally going through hell because Bob… this strange man who he literally just met as his patient is completely taking over his life

Look at you James. Reconizing 3 people. Bill Murray is a given. Richard Dreyfuss maybe a bit harder. But Julie Hagerty from airplane was most impressive that you recognized her. Well done sire. As for your reaction great als always. Bill as bob is great but Richard Dreyfuss when this movie came out. I knew him only as a serious actor. I was impressed bu his performance here. This is a family favorite. My favorite movies with Richard Dreyfuss are this one you just watched; Jaws (1975); American Graffiti (1973); and The Goodbye Girl (1977) for which he won an Oscar for best lead actor.

I saw this movie at a drive in, it was the Saturday night after we all ate really , over strong blotter acid. About half way through i lit a joint and sparked a flashback of the previous night's trip. Best $5 a person could spend.

Richard Dreyfuss hated Bill Murray with a passion when they were making this film. Possibly Murray deliberately triggered Dreyfuss to help his performance, but more likely they were just clashing personalities. Their relationship was pretty similar to their characters' I would say.

I love watching you so much that I came here postponing my watch of the latest Star Trek: Picard episode! The little boy was Robin Williams' son in Steven Spielberg's Hook. The WINNING! meme is derived from one of Charlie Sheen's outbursts during his mental breakdown about 10 years ago. I hope you'll watch Richard Dreyfuss in The American President & Bill Murray in Zombieland. I've seen thousands of movies and once owned 450 on DVD with another 500 DVDs on my wish list.

😆🤣🤩👍One of my favorites…. Love Love Richard Dreyfus in JAWS, Close Encounter’s if The Third Kind(70s movie), after JAWS, THE GOODBYE GIRL🤩👍and so on he’s awesome. Bill Murray started with John Belushi Dan Aykroyd Steve Martin Gilda Radner who was the wife of GENE WILDER, they started off as improv actors in the late 70s program called Saturday night live you can check that out on KZbin and later actors like Eddie Murphy Adam Sandler John candy etc. and so forth also started out as improv actors in Saturday night live🤩👍💙 Love them all great actors great movies fun entertainment comedy etc. I loved the 80s movies and 90s.

Fun fact: Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss hated each other on set. Murray really made things difficult for Dreyfuss whilst filming. Dreyfuss described Murray as a 'Drunken Irish bully'.

Great reaction! This is one of my favorite movies and I loved Bill Murray and especially Richard Dreyfuss. Richard Dreyfuss' character's wife is played by Julie Hagerty who was in "Airplane". Another hilarious Bill Murray movie I know you would love is "Kingpin" (1996) which also stars Woody Harrelson and another very funny Richard Dreyfuss movie you would love is "Stakeout" (1987) which also stars Emikio Estevez. Between TV & Movies Bill Murray owned a decade. Nobody made a comedy in Hollywood w/out Bill Murray's name being thrown in as a possible. & Any project w/his name as a lead was automatically green lit. (But we didn't tell you what the movie's about? We don't care. We'll fund it.) He had that much weight in Hollywood.

Advanced first aid involves the traditional moves but if they fail you are supposed to - believe it or not - set the victim on a couch and do the knee. Bob did it right. and it makes sense on paper. What’s the alternative?? Ambulance transport can’t make it in time to transport a choking person. As a rule, first aiders and bystanders should assume at least 3 minutes for first responders and at least 5 minutes for ambulance transport. A person dies after 3 minutes of no oxygen. It’s either continue the traditional Heimlich moves and watch him die or follow through with the advanced maneuvers.
