Modders got banned on GTA. It's still possible to "bypass" Battleye, and mod for a few days - but for sure the ban will come. Most are banned within 5-days, I see them crying on Reddit. I've played 60-hours online since Battleye, and I've seen 3 modders. It's so nice to be able to enjoy this game again, in public sessions.
