My husband is a great example of what a real loving husband should be. He has been doing the cooking and cleaning since I gave birth 4 months ago. The only things I do are the laundry, washing a few dishes and our son's bottles, putting groceries away (because bless him he's useless at that) and looking after our son. He also sleeps in the other room which is our kitchen, dining and living ROOM and he sleeps on the floor. This useless man is not a man at all but a spoilt, rotten brat and his grandmother should have punished him instead of letting him get away with everything the whiny little brat.

Right! You're a grown up adult, be independent.It's not the 50s. Everyone should be able to take care of themselves. But consider how it's still it's totally OK for women to expect men to financially support them even today. Men are expected to pay for dates even if the girl works. Even the court system supports that archaic mindset. By and large, men are still expected to be the 'provider', for women it's optional. Women shouldn't be objectified as 'house maid's and men shouldn't be objectified as 'money sources' either. Bottom line, no one is superior, so that applies both sides. It's not fair to reject traditional gender stereotypes but be ok with it when they benefit women at the expense of men.

after watching this, it made me more grateful that I married a good husband... my husband is 7 yrs. younger than me. I started to date him because he's good looking & I thought we're of the same age. though he's younger than me, he's responsible and doesn't treat me like i'm lower than him. we already have 3 children and he still always say he loves me with all the wrinkles and stretch marks on my body. we are not a perfect couple, we also argue a lot. but we manage to get through it all because he knows how to listen to my concerns... that husband should learn how to listen to her. she's a very patient wife. he should not push her to the limit. once a wife is push to the limit, nothing can stop her to leave a husband like him..

Wow ngl I HATE how the MCs handled this. for half of the concern they were literally complimenting him on his looks and making a joke out of the whole situation, and they kept implying that most women would be fine with living with him because he's "good-looking" (???). I know this is a show hosted by comedians and they need to keep it from getting too heavy but I found that REALLY disgusting. And i think they weren't nearly as hard on him as they were on some of the other abusive husbands on this show, probably because he's young and supposedly attractive. I feel so bad for his wife, I hope she finds the courage to stand up for herself but given what she said at the end about him being a sweet husband if he feels like it... she'll probably never leave him. There's a few reasons other than her self esteem that'll make it so that she probably never leaves him though. In S. Korea the laws on divorce are different - men usually get custody of the kids, so many women are afraid of pursuing a divorce, and if the women do end up getting custody paying child support is optional from their ex, so it would be a single family income with, most likely, no one to be home to watch your kids, or at least be in the same house as them while you're at work. There's also a huge social stigma attached to divorce, and since your family information has to be attached to your resume in most cases, most definitely for well paying jobs, it makes it hard to pass interviews. So, if she loses the job she has now, for whatever reason, she would be job hunting for a while, which will make life a lot harder since she needs to buy groceries, pay the rent, etc etc to take care of her children.

There's no sugar coating it, this relationship is toxic. He expects her to do everything for him as if this is the Joseon era, he constantly puts her down by calling her old, telling her she has wrinkles, and trying to make it seem like he's doing her a favor by being with her. And it's just going to be a sick cycle; the kids are going to grow up thinking that it's normal and acceptable to act this way.
