Okay, so I watched the movie for context. Yes, the whole movie. Spoilers if you continue this comment: Basically, he catches them in a love hotel, and they tell him they have been in love since long before Ji-soo (the assistant) came to their house. Mi-hyun (the wife) ends up saying she wants a divorce. She is packing up her stuff when he begs her to keep living with him along with Ji-soo and begs to give him a second chance. She drives away with Ji-soo, and it looks like thats the end of it, but then the movie cuts to one year later and the three of them are living together taking care of the baby, and Mi-hyun kisses Ji-soo on the lips and the husband on the cheek, so I'm not really sure what they are implying.
