If they have room to improve and he not only tells them, but he gives them the means to improve then he’s actually a good boss in that sense.

Bro he's being kinda reasonable imo. I had a situation like this with my basket coach. Before we had one that would just be nice and tell us to keep doing what you doing and we would end up losing most of the time. Then next year we got a coach that was aggressive af, but with a reason. He told us how we f Ed up and what to do to improve. We got better and started winning way much.Sometimes you need to be harsh to get make sure everyone gets the message and improves

For someone to call his team a bunch of disappointments let’s start on Cecil who first spends $7.36 billion per teleport and hires villains right after they commit crimes just to give them a slap in the wrist. Immortal might be immortal but thousands of years of experience and IQ can never help him catch up to omni man or invincible. Bulletproof is just a knockoff version of invincible that thinks he’s invincible but didn’t make. Duplicate is just an off brand of Naruto who feels every death when one of her clones die when naruto does it and he don’t feel a thing. Rex clone first u stole somebody DNA and now there’s that and that’s pretty messed up to steal somebody DNA just to be with a girl whose superpowers make her turn into a monster but eventually she ages in reverse until she a baby.
