Well , past woman were like that . At that times that womans didn't have equal opportunities or rights to leave the cheaters . So they stayed with their husbands for the sake of their children without having any choice but now situations changed but still some men expecting womans to be like past womans.

I don't understand why they fake death instead of just saying that they don't tolerate cheating and leave. not only that, but they are found alive after a few days! so why the elaborate scheme. dramatic effect is fine, but make it a bit more logical.

I have to say this is the only version of this drama I've seen where the FL faked her death. The rest just left and made it through the airport undiscovered. The ML would find the phone see the evidence that the mistress sent and abort the child and leave the mistress with nothing. I still don't understand. why does each ML think it's okay to carry on an affair to make a baby for the FL because she can't conceive, as if they can't adopt or have a woman artificially inseminated. Like cheating and carrying on is the only option. 😂😂
