It would be wonderful if nobody saw another’s color and everyone saw others as all the same. But sadly, there are those who make it their lives goal to make sure it never happens. There has to be an oppressed and an oppressor. There has to be a victim and a perpetrator. Some people spend their lives trying to erase or eradicate the lines between the colors while others are working just as hard to make sure those lines are well defined. Until the race baiters and race hustlers realize they are the problem, nothing will change. All of us can a lot harder to get along. We all need to learn to love God more and to love each other.

Although, the picture is officer Norman, I don't think he ever adopted 3 girls. He does have a living daughter from a previous marriage, along with a granddaughter, but I don't think him and Roslyn have any children together yet. I think Officer Norman's picture was just used as clickbait.

Why must we, as humans, always describe things as black or white. Or any color/nationality. A loving man who needed healing. A trio of sisters looking for answers to unanswerable questions. This is a story of the resilient human nature. Pure and simple. Bless them all as they have already experienced the worst of life and now, the expectations of.... hope. Love. Acceptance. I’m a USAF Vietnam Veteran born and raised in OHIO, and the military usually takes any racism out of a person because in an organization like the Military it’s not about race it’s about loyalty to our Nation and the assigned mission of our units. Also my daughter married a black man from Alabama. His Southern attitude was more of a difference than his race. Plus he’s about a foot taller than me, (I’m only 5/7 tall).

This is a great story of a compassionate human, opening his heart to love after loss. I'm glad these sisters were receptive to being loved and nurtured by a new dad. The missing link in this story is if the daughters maintained contact with any of their biological relatives... grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Losing their parents is major in and of itself, but I can't imagine losing the whole family tree as well.

God bless Mr Richard, he lost his wife and child 🚸 but didn't waver in the midst of his tragedy to help three little girls who had lost their mother and father in a fire , and actually retrieved all three of them from the same house fire not only saving their lives but also accompanied them to the hospital 🏥 to make sure they were ok and through his efforts God blessed them to survived 🚒🔥 & then he adopted them . He nurture them with love and gave them the right ethics and morals and values that made them into the people they are today. All three are successful one is a Lawyer & one is a Doctor 🏥 and the youngest became a 🚒🔥 Fireman. Hello from Fresno California, Mr. Hudson, may God continue to bless you. If it wasn't for the death of your family, you wouldn't had adopted this three beautiful girls. God has our backs, HE knows our needs and pain. My wife and I foster 7 children and adopted 4, in 1998 in a auto accident we lost our 8 year old daughter. It was heartbreaking, but later we foster a child, but because of my Cancer, the judge disapprove our adoption, my wife advice our son to write a letter to the judge, he than APPROVED our adoption. I have Cancer again but we have the love of this child.
