i have experience with games being content deleted but the owner not getting banned. So when roblox content deletes a game, roblox simply ban the owner of the experience/group the game is on for 1-7 days. if they had already gotten banned multiple times from this, the group gets locked and the account is terminated, him doing it on his main account is still a huge risk but you dont get term. the bans are basically warnings, but most people keep going since they don’t know about it.

Roblox REALLY needs to add a feature that moderates thumbnails on their games. Another instance of a scam like this happened a while ago with Notoriety, (a Payday 2 game but Roblox, ya know?) Long story short, Starbreeze Studios, (Company that owns Overkill, [Studio that made Payday 2]) took down Notoriety for copyright infringement. Soon after, if you searched up notoriety and scrolled down a little bit, you would see a metric crap ton of Notoriety games (Thumbnail, description, the little slideshow in the corner).
