Maybe he shouldn’t have tried to hide the corpse . Obviously he didn’t trust the police enough to call them but the worst thing you can do is try and dump the body somewhere . That makes it seem like you did something wrong and need to hide it . I’m sure if he called the cops he woulda had a good chance of getting arrested too. But there’s a better chance he can claim self defense , even if it has to be later in court. Try explaining in court why it was a self defense killing but you had to put the body in your car and hide it after . Kinda hard to do to a white jury.

Idk if yall notice how many of these brothers families moved them out west from the Deep South. Ain’t nothing new by any means but I felt it should be stated for anyone who cares benefit: Not only did Black folk get the hell out of the south for better opportunities out west, many poor whites did too. So while black folk settled in to the neighborhoods they did, the whites did the same and yall know one of the main occupations they went for? Police. A lot of the drama between our communities and both LASD and LAPD and even the random local PDs comes from the police force having generational hatred for Black folk (and brown for that matter). I’m not preaching or nothing like that but I believe it’s important that people who stay in a certain area and who have roots there are aware. Stay informed and stay free, don’t let those people take your freedom.

Not true. Craig fought Raymond, with his older brother Joe present, after an incident with Raymond's other brother and Craig. A gun was involved, and Raymond beat up Monson's younger brother. Monson and Raymod fought, Raymond took a L with GOOD measure. The title is flawed, because it makes it seem like Raymond got slapped and humiliated as a kid ?! He fought Craig when he was in the Avenues the day that event took place. He left the Avenues after the fight, and formed the Baby Avenues. The Crips formed right behind it. Craig Monson only had 3-4 years on Raymond. Graig was 18/19y, yet, Raymond was known for his hands at 15y.
