Great initiative and a brilliant mind. You have to be aggressive in your business model as the industry you are in has a low entry barrier, this could saturate your industry hence eating into your market share. New entrants into this market could low-ball with your customers just to get a start and create a competitive atmosphere. Try to secure your stance by adding other perks to your services and may be this would keep you way ahead of anyone. These perks shouldn't cost your business any overheads but should strengthen the relationship with your clientele and insulate your business from losing any further market share. Well done for the boldness! Now be aggressive and conquer.

Great advice, but competition is exactly what we need no matter how aggressive he gets. It’s good for the customer and the businesses as well. Monopolization is no good.. competition will force DEX to be more creative, more advance, and affordability for the consumer

As a Gambian myself, I am really amazed by your story. I admire your courage and steadfastness. Your unapologetic attitude towards your goal guided you through.
