highly intelligent and ambitious young man...He is closer to breaking through than he realizes...just needs a business plan put together and work with a bank or another investor to scale up...He can be importing directly from suppliers and he can start a union for local electtricians to better have leverage in terms of pricing

I know him personally. We stay together for awhile now. He's absolutely a hard working guy and I wouldn't be surprise if he becomes millionaire in this career. He like it so well and very serious with it, may God help him to accomplish his ambition.

The locals don't have the businesses acumen. They will not get the contract or the jobs because they don't know or want to learn how to market their skills set nor do they h have the mindset of writing a business plan or understanding of structures. From his discussion, he still could not grasp why the foreigners get the jobs nor the understanding why locals with no qualifications, expertise and references without previous world rated referrals will not be employed to do contracted jobs. He sounded somewhat entitled that they youths should be given on a platter free s help for them to work. Until people understand that no one is owed a job they will be unemployed. You have to create the job. The locals have to change there mindset. So why don't the youths work in collaboration and do things the right way and don't cut corners. Cost it's is better to get an expert who will do it correct once and meet the necessary standards, than having someone with less experience, more liability and more experience. Fact.
